    Sometimes, the best growth happens as a group. 360 degree feedback can be an ideal launch pad for facilitated team development sessions, either for leaders with their teams, or for peer leadership groups. We specifically use the Appreciative Inquiry approach of building on existing strengths to improve the organisation or team.

    Easy Administration and Responsive Support

    You and your participants are fully supported at every step – we are there when you need us. It’s easy. You can use the Consultant Control Centre yourself or we can manage the survey for you if you wish!

    Participants can set up and manage their own surveys. We can look after the whole process for you, but if you want to do it yourself, we are here to support via phone or email. We’ll even help you install the 360 Facilitated® survey system on your intranet if that’s the method that works best for you. All data is securely stored on our Australian-hosted servers.

    For a more high-level review of the survey data, you can access statistical aggregate reports online.
